All services by ESTEEM Consulting Engineers are provided as per agreed scope, professional standards, and applicable Indian laws.

Fees, timelines, and deliverables shall be as per approved quotation or agreement. Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.

Any change in scope requires written approval and may result in revised cost and schedule.

All drawings, reports, and designs remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
